The Annapolis Group of Liberal Arts Colleges consists of institutions of higher learning who are current with their membership, in good academic standing with relevant accrediting bodies, and embody these three mission-based principles: a commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education; residential in character; and private, not-for-profit institution.  The organization is governed by a Board of Directors nominated and appointed by the membership at its annual meeting.
